Jebi
Jebi allows users to record AM/FM radio, TV or other audio content to MP3 and automatically publish as podcast channels via RSS. The result is a Tivo-like capability for radio (Rivo?). Tuner cards are supported.
Jebi requires the "lame", library, found in Fedora Extras.
